KEYNOTE²³

At DSTNCMP23, the question of trust is sure to arise for some.
"Trust is good – control is better." This is what leaders in Germany have learned for generations. In Denmark, it's said: "Trust is good – control is more expensive". So, what's true? After this year's DSTNCMP23 keynote, you might say: both can be true. One person has researched it – keynote speaker Eva Schulte-Austum.
We are delighted to have secured "Germany's No. 1 Trust Expert", featured on ARD, ZDF, WDR, NDR, Sat 1, and other media outlets. The qualified business psychologist advises companies on leadership, change, and new work. As a business coach, she helps corporations, NGOs, and SMEs establish a culture of trust where employees are motivated, enjoy their work, voluntarily take on responsibility, and actively shape changes.
And not just because NDR has called her a "crowd-puller for private individuals and executives," you can look forward to the likeable woman from Münster.
And: "Everyone Can Trust", as she demonstrates in her book of the same name. To this end, as a "trust researcher," she has conducted more than 350 interviews in nine countries where the general happiness index is significantly higher than in Germany.
Eva Schulte-Austum tells lively and captivating stories, peppered with anecdotes from Vietnam, Canada, the USA, or Denmark. From conversations with other trust researchers, politicians, business leaders, and journalists in these countries, she developed nine proven recipes for how everyone can achieve trust. In relationships, in companies, at the counter, in projects, processes, in committee work – it always holds true: "Trust is a hard, measurable value that significantly determines success today and, above all, in the future."
