GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DSTNCMP

Tickets can be purchased online at any time from the start of ticket sales, subject to availability. The respective ticket price indicated is due immediately, and the specified payment method will be charged directly after the order process, depending on the payment type. For payment by invoice, the ticket price is due within 12 days. The contract is concluded in German.

The respective prices, possible discounts, and valid restrictions per category/price are clearly stated in the ticket shop. The respective booking and cancellation conditions of the booked products apply.

Bookings made in the wrong category (incorrect organizational assignment) will be reclassified by the organizer into the correct category. Any additional costs will be charged to the booker; underpayments will not be refunded.

The following categories/organizational assignments are available:

• Tourism Organization/Service Provider/Academia → DMO, LTO, LMO, TI and similar; tourism service providers such as hotels, restaurants, and leisure facilities; colleges, universities, and research institutions

• Agency/OTA/Consulting/Technology → Communication and advertising agencies, web agencies, technical service providers, platforms and meta-solutions; system providers, consultants
  

• DSTNCMP Crew → netzvitamineTEAM, Organization & Concept, Film Production, Photography, Direction, Editorial, Venues, Helping Hands/DSTNCMP Buddies

• DSTNCMP Moderation → moderators appointed by netzvitamine GmbH for the sessions

• DSTNCMP Impulse → impulse providers appointed by netzvitamine GmbH for the sessions; keynote speaker

• DSTNCMP Partners → Premium partners and supporters with a corresponding written/contractual agreement (at least via email)

Companies with a common good balance sheet receive a 15% event discount on the DSTNCMP ticket (standard price) for the respective category (not applicable to early bird tickets). The balancing must be completed at the time of ticket purchase. The organizer reserves the right to request appropriate proof and, in the event of an unclear, non-European recognized balance sheet, to charge the difference to the standard price of the respective category.

The DSTNCMP stands for democratic values, open-mindedness, and mutual respect. The organizer clearly and unequivocally distances itself from discrimination of any kind.

Mother tongue, religion, sexual orientation, and origin are irrelevant for participation. Individuals with radical political views that question democratic, rule-of-law principles in Europe are not welcome.

Persons who question these values and principles are excluded from participation. Bookings already made will not be refunded. Similarly, if a participation ban is issued at fair discretion, no lost income or already incurred costs for travel, accommodation, etc., will be reimbursed.

1. We use the email addresses of all participants to inform you about the event in the future. If you do not wish this, you can object to the corresponding use at any time by sending an email to info@destinationcamp.com, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs at basic rates. The right to object also applies to the other consents.
   
   
2. You agree that your participant data (names, companies, industry segments) may be published on the organizer's website.
   
   
3. During the event, video and photo recordings will be made, which will be published on the internet, social media, and in the results documentation. You expressly agree to the spatially and temporally unrestricted publication and use of these recordings.
   
   
4. For documentation purposes, voice recordings of individual sessions may be created using AI software and hardware. The recording will be made in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). By booking your ticket, you expressly agree to the spatially and temporally unrestricted use of these recordings for the purpose of transcribing the essential results, whereby neither statements of individual persons will be used nor a detailed discussion flow will be published in any form.

If the DSTNCMP does not take place or is postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control – such as force majeure and/or a pandemic – the organizer shall not be held responsible for any resulting losses or damages. In this case, tickets will not be refunded.

The organizer will promptly announce any cancellation or postponement of the respective event on its website and communicate it via newsletter.

The organizer is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. The same applies in the event of a breach of any guarantees or fraudulently concealed defects.

Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for property damage or financial losses caused by slight negligence. This does not apply to the breach of an obligation that is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on which the visitor can regularly rely; in this case, the organizer's liability for property damage or financial losses caused by slight negligence is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage for the contract.

This limitation of liability also applies to the personal liability of the organizer's vicarious agents and assistants.

Participants do not have a statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 1, para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) – even if they book tickets not as an entrepreneur but as a consumer.
