The DBT has launched a project aimed at promoting regional value creation. Regionality forms a cornerstone of our sustainability strategy and can be experienced culinarily by our guests in agriculture and gastronomy.
The culinary speed dating event at Lake Constance, our inaugural event, brought together a variety of innovative representatives from both industries. It became clear what added value the project and the resulting networking offer for both individuals and the entire sectors.
The positive response is reflected in the growing interest in our 'Truly Sustainable Partner Business' award. The initiated meta-network will be further strengthened through additional events.
We should win because we have succeeded in connecting dedicated people from agriculture and gastronomy in our region within a short time. In doing so, we make a valuable contribution to regional value creation in the Lake Constance region. For the participating businesses, the event was also a very special form of appreciation.
