Moving beyond the traditional promotional video, “uifach mir” showcases Oberstaufen’s uniqueness, stirs a sense of longing, and invites viewers to become part of the community—whether for a short time (as a guest) or for the long term (as a staff member).

The focus is on the younger generation, who are helping to shape the town, its tourist offerings, and the local community—navigating the tension between tradition and modernity, preservation and development. Unfiltered images of breathtaking landscapes are paired with personal stories. Authentic messages instead of trite slogans.

The goal of the three-stage campaign is to convey Oberstaufen’s new image to the outside world and reach new audiences who are not yet familiar with the town or who associate it with an outdated image. The target audiences will be reached through a cross-media campaign strategy in relevant German-speaking markets.

Oberstaufen is traditional, yet diverse and modern. With “uifach mir,” we authentically highlight the generational shift taking place and the accompanying change in the town’s image. We place tourism within the context of the local community, thereby creating a holistic picture of the existing value system and the contribution each individual makes to the future-oriented shaping and further development of our town.
