DSTNCMPGENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all ticket sales by netzvitamine GmbH (Elsa-Brandström-Straße 3a, 87527 Sonthofen), acting as the "Organizer," within the framework of the DSTNCMP with respect to the participants.

TICKETRESERVATION

Tickets can be purchased online at any time once ticket sales begin, subject to availability. The ticket price listed is due immediately, and the specified payment method will be charged immediately after the order process is completed, depending on the payment method selected. For payment by invoice, the ticket price is due within 12 days. The contract is concluded in German.

TICKETCATEGORIES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The respective prices, any applicable discounts, and any restrictions for each category/price are clearly listed in the ticket shop. The respective booking and cancellation policies for the booked products apply.

Bookings made in the wrong category (incorrect organizational assignment) will be reassigned to the correct category by the organizer. Any additional costs will be billed to the person who made the booking; any savings will not be refunded.

The following categories/organizational assignments are available:

  • Tourism Organizations / Service Providers / Academia → DMOs, LTOs, LMOs, TIs, and similar organizations; tourism service providers in the hospitality, food service, and recreational sectors; colleges, universities, and research institutions

  • Agency/ OTA/ Consulting/ Technology Communications and advertising agencies, web agencies, technical service providers, platforms, and meta-solutions; system providers, consultants

  • DSTNCMP Crew → netzvitamineTEAM, Organization & Concept, Film Production, Photography, Direction, Editorial, Venues, Helping Hands/DSTNCMP Buddies

  • DSTNCMP Moderation → Moderators appointed by netzvitamine GmbH for the sessions

  • DSTNCMP Initiative → Session facilitators appointed by netzvitamine GmbH; keynote speaker

  • DSTNCMP Partners → Premium partners and supporters with a corresponding written/contractual agreement (at least via email)


Companies that report their financial statements in accordance with public interest accounting principles receive a 15% event discount on theDSTNCMP ticket (standard price) for the respective category (does not apply to early-bird tickets). The reporting must be completed at the time of ticket purchase. The organizer reserves the right to request appropriate proof and, in the event of unclear or non-European-recognized reporting, to charge the difference between the discounted price and the standard price for the respective category.

EXCLUSION EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION

The DSTNCMPstands for democratic values, openness to the world, and cooperation among equals. The organizer takes a clear and unequivocal stand against discrimination of any kind.

Native language, religion, sexual orientation, and background are irrelevant to participation. People with radical political views who challenge the principles of democracy and the rule of law in Europe are not welcome.

Individuals who question these values and principles are excluded from participation. Bookings that have already been made will not be refunded. Similarly, if a ban on participation is imposed, no compensation will be provided—at our reasonable discretion—for lost income or expenses already incurred for travel, lodging, etc.

CONSENT WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS

  1. We will use the email addresses of all participants to keep you informed about the event in the future. If you do not wish to receive these updates, you may object to this use at any time by sending an email to info@destinationcamp.com; this will not incur any costs other than the standard transmission fees. The right to object also applies to the other consents.

  2. You agree that your participant information (names, companies, industry sectors) may be published on the organizer's website.

  3. Video and photo recordings will be made during the event, which will be published both online and on social media, as well as in the final report. You expressly consent to the publication and use of these recordings without any restrictions regarding time or location.

  4. For documentation purposes, audio recordings of individual sessions may be made using AI software and hardware. Recordings are made in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). By booking your ticket, you expressly consent to the unrestricted use of these recordings—in terms of time and location—for the purpose of transcribing the key findings, provided that neither statements made by individual participants are used nor is a detailed account of the discussion published in any form.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

If the ” DSTNCMPis canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control—such as force majeure and/or a pandemic—the organizer shall not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for tickets.

The organizer will immediately announce any cancellation or rescheduling of the event on its website and communicate it via its newsletter.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY THE ORGANIZER

The organizer bears unlimited liability for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. The same applies in the event of a breach of any warranty promises or fraudulently concealed defects.

Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for property damage or financial loss caused by slight negligence. This does not apply in the event of a breach of an obligation that is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfillment the visitor can reasonably rely; in such a case, the organizer’s liability for property damage or financial loss caused by slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

This limitation of liability also applies to the personal liability of the organizer’s agents and representatives.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Section 312g, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2, No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), participants do not have a statutory right of withdrawal—even if they book tickets as consumers rather than as business owners.
