GETTING HERE BY TRAIN

For an eco-friendly trip by train, we recommend booking through our partner Trainline —this way, you’re guaranteed to get the best connection.

From the train station in Brixen, you can easily reach many of the partner accommodations on foot or, alternatively, by public transportation. The Brixen Tourist Office (opening Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.) and Brixen’s beautiful old town are also just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

CARSHARING with FAHRMOB

Through the ride-sharing platform fahrmob, you can travel to Brixen in an even more sustainable way by carpooling with other travelers. On the platform, you can either offer rides or join a ride yourself.

To attend our sessions at Neustift Monastery , we recommend using Google Maps. There you’ll find detailed information on local public transportation, down to the minute. Alternatively, you can also walk to the monastery—the path takes about 35 minutes through the vineyards and along the Eisack River.

Using public transportation in and around Brixen is easy for you with the Brixen South Tyrol Guest Pass . You can pick up the pass at your accommodation.

The Brixen South Tyrol Guest Pass is valid for transportation to the afternoon programs and the evening events .

Traveling by electric car

There are tolls on Italian highways.

You can purchase a Telepass through the private provider Tolltickets, which allows you to avoid wait times at toll stations. You can have the Telepass mailed to you or pick it up at a so-called pickup station.

Traveling by Plane

South Tyrol's airport is located in Bolzano; from there, you can easily reach Brixen in about 1 hour by train. The airline SkyAlps offers regular scheduled flights from Düsseldorf, Hamburg, or Berlin—the flight schedule to DSTNCMP²⁶ includes the following departures:
