Today: Courage for Change - Tomorrow: Get Down to Business
Today's sessions were extremely productive, and participants are finally daring to take action.
From the demand to involve the economy in value creation in tourism, to new business models and a new self-understanding of DMOs, and even the legitimation of the brand, ideas were openly explored and controversially discussed.
The brainpool at DestinationCamp is invaluable and inspiring for all participants – a true foundation for change and future viability in destination marketing and management.
For now, there is nothing more to say. The theses, as an interim conclusion of today's discussions, will be presented tomorrow morning, and practical measures will then be derived from them.
