The expanded range of topics and the new moderation formats were the right step for the further development of DestinationCamp. This, at least, is my impression when looking at the interim results and the general mood on the evening of the second day.
More ease and more dynamism - and: don't be afraid to "challenge the status quo": While I was still of the opinion in the morning that the participants were playing it safe, throughout the day I increasingly observed emotionally charged discussions. Particularly, the "new" moderation formats, such as the Magic Roundtable, provided an opportunity for intensive and controversial exchange of opinions.
