FROM MESSAGE TO KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

It's that time again in 9 days
The Creative and Future Workshop is kicking off its fifth round. All the topics, along with the moderators and mind-mappers, have now been finalized.
As in 2013 and 2014, the online industry survey was analyzed by Claudia Brözel and Lydia Band from Eberswalde University of Applied Sciences. Thank you so much for your support!
NEW this year is that the focus on six thematic areas has been further developed into various formats, allowing the event to cater even better to the varied needs of participants . The six thematic strands have now been transformed into six types of workshops, each of which will address a specific set of topics in four sessions on Saturday. This has also allowed us to expand the range of topics covered at #dchh15.
Here’s a sneak peek at the mind mappers and moderators, along with a brief overview of their four session topics for Saturday. As always, you’ll have the chance to meet all the participants and learn about their topics in person on Friday evening after the keynote!

The "Magic Roundtable" is a new, open-format discussion forum—in an initial round, each participant is given 1 minute of speaking time (which can also be "given away") to help determine the topics for the discussion.
Time “melts” like a talking stick made of ice… and the participants decide who they’d like to listen to and who actually gets to speak. A new form of interaction at DestinationCamp, for all “spontaneous creatives” and “chatty types.”

- This will not be an easy journey: Change management—old structures clash with new demands, shifting from a lone wolf to a team player and from an observer’s role to genuine collaboration.
