Seated at a large “magical round table,” participants experience a culture of conversation on equal footing. Speaking time is measured in one-minute “sticks” and can be “given away” to engaging speakers. Topics emerge naturally during the conversation. You can team up with others and discuss topics that are “in the air”—moderated “magically”—or simply go with the flow of the conversation that unfolds at the table. New this year: While the second session is reserved for women, the third session is where the men can let loose...
