ISABELL DECKER

Isabell learned the tourism business from the ground up at the 5-star Hotel Bareiss in Baiersbronn. Her studies at the Management Center Innsbruck allowed her to build on that practical experience. Since then, in her role as a consultant at PROJECT M, she has supported numerous destinations and organizations in Germany with their strategic development. Isabell is also very familiar with the DMO perspective and gained extensive insights in this area, for example, in her role as department head at GaPa Tourismus GmbH in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

In 2021, Isabell joined Saint Elmo’s Tourism in Munich as a consultant . Today, she is a managing partner and continues to work as a strategist, supporting destinations and businesses and laying a solid foundation on which brands, communication, and experiences can make an impact.
