After his time in purely commercial leadership roles, he consistently shifted his focus to sustainability. Today, he works to establish responsible business practices in tourism not as an add-on, but as an integral component of successful organizations.

In his role as Managing Partner at TourCert, he drives the strategic development of the organization, develops international programs, and builds professional structures in various markets – particularly in Europe and Latin America.

His professional focus is on sustainability governance, impact-oriented strategies, and organizational transformation. Marco Giraldo supports destinations, companies, and institutions in implementing practical sustainability approaches and helps them align ecological and social responsibility with business objectives.
