Nicole is passionate about co-creation. As a “host for new ideas,” she creates spaces for meaningful encounters and exchange. She designs and facilitates dynamic participatory formats and transformative experiential spacesthat facilitate collective thinking, discussion, and collaboration. As a curious mind, she supports projects aimed at cooperation, shifting perspectives, and dialogue—whether as a process designer, facilitator, or creative sparring partner. In doing so, she combines her experience in destination, urban, and regional development with approaches such as Design Thinking, Experience Design, the Art of Hosting, and systemic coaching.

She believes it is important to shape the future together and to enable all stakeholders to truly participate and contribute through innovative engagement formats. Because that is the only way to develop new solutions.
