Nicole's heart beats for co-creation. As a "host for new ideas," she creates spaces for meaningful encounters and exchange. She designs and facilitates vibrant participation formats and transformative experiential spaces that enable collaborative thinking, discussion, and work. As a curious mind, she supports projects focused on cooperation, shifting perspectives, and dialogue, acting as a process designer, moderator, or creative sparring partner. In doing so, she combines her experience in destination, urban, and regional development with approaches such as Design Thinking, Experience Design, Art of Hosting, and systemic coaching.

It is important to her to shape the future together and to enable genuine involvement and co-creation for all participants through innovative participation formats. Because only in this way can new solutions be developed.
