NumBirds Interfaces
We have interfaces to all common booking systems and make data centrally available to you in NumBirds. Through daily updates, we ensure that you are always up-to-date! We have a close partnership with feratel, including data exchange down to the deepest level. Here, we daily transfer guest data, guest transaction data, experiences, card data, service provider data, and PIA data. Manual import of additional data, for example from your customer database, is possible at any time. An interface to voucher data from incert also exists.

NumBirds Interface & Structure
Our platform can be individually adapted to the structure and work hierarchy of your company. We set up the interface, structures, and access rights together with you during the implementation phase. Adjustments and changes, such as the redefinition and management of roles and rights, are naturally possible at any time. Furthermore, the platform is cloud-based, responsive and intuitive on any device, multi-client capable, and therefore easy to use.

NumBirds Statistics
The first step to deriving targeted measures? The statistical analysis and subsequent graphical preparation of your data. You have the freedom to decide which statistics and visualizations should be used for your company. We provide individually customizable dashboards, detailed campaign and intelligent KPI evaluations, and offer lightning-fast retrieval of saved stats queries.
