January 20, 2026

FROM FEMALE LEADERSHIP TO DATA-DRIVEN MANAGEMENT TO TRANSFORMATION

The 16th DestinationCamppromises once again to be an industry event of exceptional quality: From May 5–7, 2026, experts from the fields of tourism, academia, agencies, and OTAs in the DACH regions and Italy, as well as consultants and system providers, will gather in Brixen, South Tyrol, to discuss current strategies in German-speaking tourism. Following the evaluation of the industry-wide online survey , the topics have now been finalized.

About 250 participants are once again expected to attendthe DSTNCMP²⁶ in South Tyrol’s Eisack Valley. A varied supporting program has been organized in one of South Tyrol’s oldest cities, home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Neustift Abbey. Within the abbey’s nearly 900-year-old walls and the adjacent modern educational center, 28 workshop sessions and 4 AKADEMIE lectures will address pressing industry issues and professional development.

The participants plan to explore seven thematic areas. The topics range from “Female Leadership” to “Transformation & Adaptation Strategies.” They will discuss how to “use digital data in a targeted manner” or “make destinations sustainable, as well as how to “shape living spaces through co-creation” and how to succeed in “communication & personalization” under current conditions.
