TOPIC SURVEY FOR THE DSTNCMP²⁶

WHAT'S BUGGING TOURISTS? WHAT'S ON THEIR MINDS?
It’s still a while away, but it calls for thorough preparation: the 16th DestinationCamp , May 5–7, 2026, in Brixen, South Tyrol. More than 270 decision-makers from tourism organizations and the service sector, experts from academia, agencies, and OTAs, consultants, and system providers will seek answers to current issues in tourism across the DACH region.
But what is the biggest challenge facing tourism professionals? Is it overtourism and crowd tourism, the guiding principles of an experience economy, the revitalization of downtown areas, or the opportunities and limitations of AI?
Following the successfulDSTNCMP²⁵ in Düsseldorf, the organizing netzvitamine GmbH has already received a number of topic suggestions. But as is customary for the “industry’s think tank, ” everyone interested should have the chance to suggest topics that are of particular interest to them—even those who cannot make it to Brixen in May.
In cooperation with the MCI Innsbruck Business School and Project D , there is once again an online survey open to everyone. By December 15, 2025, participants are asked to vote for up to three favorites from among ten topic areas and, if possible, to suggest their own questions.

The survey, which consists of up to six questions, can be completed anonymously online by anyone interested:
A lot of up-to-date information aboutDSTNCMP²⁶ and the conference venues is already available online. You can also download theWERKSCHAU²⁵ here. It documents all the results from 38 sessions, workshops, and presentations, as well as the extensive supporting program from the15th DestinationCamp, held in Düsseldorf in June 2025.
