TOPICS SET FOR THE DSTNCMP²⁵.

RESULTS OF THE ONLINE SURVEY: 38 SESSIONS ON RELEVANT TOPICS
AI is changing processes, taking over routine tasks, and (perhaps) increasing work efficiency—everyone knows that. But what impact do language models and AI tools have on tourism offerings, services, and processes? What are the appropriate applications? How do you write effective prompts? These questions will be the focus of a dedicated track spanning two mornings at the15th DestinationCampin Düsseldorf, as well as an in-depth session on tools and prompts.
About DSTNCMP²⁵, taking place June 3–5, 2025, is once again expected to attract more than 280 participants from the tourism, hospitality, academic, agency, technology, and platform sectors.
At destinationcamp.com/themen, you can find the 28 two-hour sessions organized into seven relevant topic areas, the six two-and-a-half-hour in-depth sessions for the most enthusiastic participants, and the four lecture topics from the netzvitamineAKADEMIE. Depending on their interests and level of involvement, participants can move between the sessions and topics as they please.
The topics address the industry’s fundamental questions: What impact are digital shifts having on destinations? How can politics and tourism be better aligned in the future? What role do influencers, TikTok, and similar platforms play in community management? How can tourism financing be made self-sustaining? What can leaders do to stabilize their organizations despite constantly emerging challenges?

The “workation” concept, introduced three years ago at DestinationCamp, is also set to be taken to a new level: On Wednesday and Thursday mornings, participants will gather for workshops and sessions; in the afternoons, they’ll set out on the experiential programs offered by Visit Düsseldorf. Alternatively, those with a particular thirst for knowledge can meet in the afternoons to delve deeper into a specific topic —or use Visit Düsseldorf’s well-equipped coworking space as their temporary office.
The central hub and venue for theDSTNCMP²⁵ are the stylish meeting, conference, and office spaces at "Design Offices Düsseldorf Fürst and Friedrich" on Fürstenwall, directly across from the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Tickets are available at a discounted rate to tourism organizations, service providers, and academia for 1,300 euros (net). Tickets for agencies, OTAs, consultants, and system providers cost 1,980 euros (net). Special service: All tickets can be transferred to another name on the day of arrival at no additional cost.
