DSTNCMPᴮᴸᵁᴱ.
Meetings in the physical world always place a particular strain on the environment, especially when they involve hundreds of participants. netzvitamine GmbH—as the initiator and organizer ofDestinationCamp —works year-round to reduce emissions and resource consumption from this large-scale event as low as possible.
The DSTNCMP has been climate- and water-neutral —with emissions calculated and offset annually by Klimapatenschaft GmbH.
Since 2025, the DSTNCMP has also been an integral part of the public welfare balance sheet of netzvitamine and the voluntary sustainability report based on the European VSME standard. With this in mind, we offer a 15% discount on all tickets to companies that have prepared a Public Good Economy (PGE) balance sheet.
OUR CONTRIBUTION TO AN ETHICAL BUSINESS CULTURE
Since July 2025, netzvitamine GmbH has been a verified company in the ECOnGOOD community. And since November 2025, it has been providing voluntary sustainability reporting in accordance with the European VSME standard.
With our certified Common Good Balance Sheet and the VSME report, we expressly commit to the economic model of the Economy for the Common Good (ECG). This means that we align our economic activities with what serves the common good—socially, ecologically, economically, democratically, and in a spirit of solidarity.
The DSTNCMPalso reflects this commitment. We don’t just want to talk about the future—we want to work in a way that is sustainable for the future—in line with a holistic understanding of sustainability that goes far beyond CO₂ offsetting and recycling bins.
In the annual planning and execution of the event, we therefore focus on fair structures, efficient use of resources, sensible mobility solutions, regional economic development, and respectful collaboration with partners and participants.
In this context, we view the pursuit of the common good as a process: We remain open to learning, transparent, and receptive to new ideas.

Over the past two years, the focus on the Economy for the Common Good has already been reflected in a wide range of initiatives at DestinationCamp.
Consequently, theDSTNCMP²⁶ focuses on:
- Social activities for participants and crew
- Purchasing Fairly Produced Materials
- Selecting Partners and Locations with More Stringent Criteria
- Promoting Eco-Friendly Travel
- many vegetarian and vegan dishes
- mainly water as the beverage served at the conference

The preparation of a public welfare assessment follows a clearly defined process.
The starting point is a self-assessment based on the Common Good Matrix, supported by an analysis of internal processes, documents, and practical examples. This results in a Common Good Report that includes specific actions and reflections on strengths and areas for development.
The results are then reviewed and certified as part of a peer evaluation or by an external auditor.
In its first financial statement, netzvitamine GmbH 457 out of a possible 1,000 points , thereby earning the "EXPERIENCED" certification.
As a logical next step, in November 2025 we completed the alignment of our Economy for the Common Good (GWÖ) financial reporting with the European standard and also prepared our sustainability report in accordance with the VSME standard.
