DESTINATIONCAMP – FROM INDUSTRY GATHERING TO SPACE FOR THOUGHT
SHOWCASE24 FOR DSTNCMP24 IN BREGENZ CAN NOW BE ORDERED
Decision-makers and young professionals in German-speaking tourism expect guidance and solutions from DestinationCamp (DSTNCMP).

The Managing Director of the organizing netzvitamine GmbH emphasized upon the release of WERKSCHAU24 that the industry event, established 14 years ago, will therefore consistently evolve into a "space for thought in German-speaking tourism."
The WERKSCHAU24 presents on 202 pages the results of the 28 sessions across seven thematic strands in Bregenz: Digitalization with AI, Sustainability and Environmental Management, Destinations with a Future, Public Welfare and Experiential Spaces, Mobility and Accessibility, Interregional and Innovation, and Trendy Marketing Potentials.
Additionally, there are summaries of the four netzvitamineAKADEMIE sessions. These primarily focused on knowledge transfer by industry representatives on topics including regional collaborations paired with AI, Web Analytics 2024, meta-reviews for customer profiling and guest retention, and future-oriented data for events and marketing. An optional session on the third morning addressed the targeted use of diverse data available from various sources within the data:hub Vorarlberg in Dornbirn.
The session results are complemented by contributions on the legendary supporting program, insights into Lake Constance and Bregenz, and the experiential activities offered in the afternoons.
The workation event model, introduced in Kufstein in 2023, also proved successful in Bregenz. Buhl stated: "What we have learned, however, is that for participants, it was often less about the experiential modules offered per se, but rather about the opportunity and time for personal exchange and joint reflection on solutions found."
This will be given even greater consideration at DSTNCMP25: the 15th DestinationCamp will be held from June 03 to 05, 2025 in Düsseldorf. For the first time, ticket prices for participants from DMOs, tourism service providers, and universities will also be reduced.
As usual, ticket sales will commence with the German Tourism Day on November 26, 2024.
